The Osbon ErecAid™ Esteem is a manual vacuum therapy system designed for rehabilitation following radical prostatectomy and for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. By generating a controlled vacuum, it promotes blood circulation within the erectile tissue and enables regular penile rehabilitation training. Daily use helps preserve penile anatomy and may help counteract the development of fibrosis and atrophy.
The system is suitable for both postoperative rehabilitation and the conservative treatment of erectile dysfunction. It can be used either as a standalone therapy or in combination with pharmacological treatment. With regular training, patients report good results with lower doses of PDE-5 inhibitors, as well as improvements in erectile function and penile anatomy.
For individual adjustment, various Osbon Rings with different sizes and tension levels, as well as Osbon EZ Rings, are available.

The Osbon ErecAid™ Esteem Vacuum Therapy System is supplied as a complete system and includes all components required to begin therapy immediately.
For optimal use, the manufacturer recommends the use of TIMM Medical Lubricating Gel. The lubricating gel is included with the system and can also be ordered separately if required.

Recommended Start of Therapy
For optimal therapeutic outcomes, the manufacturer recommends a gradual introduction to vacuum therapy.
- Begin therapy in a relaxed manner and avoid putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. Patience and maintaining an active lifestyle should be the primary focus.
- During the first three weeks, one daily training session of 5 minutes is recommended. During this initial phase, erection training should be performed without a tension ring. Allow a 10–15 second pause between each pump stroke to reduce the risk of bruising.
- Continue this daily training routine for the first three months. Thereafter, one session every other day is generally sufficient to maintain and further improve the results achieved.
- To select the appropriate tension ring, it is recommended to begin with the larger ring diameter (22 mm). If this already provides the desired results, it can continue to be used. Alternatively, different tension levels may be tried, or, if required, the next smaller 19 mm ring may be selected.

Osbon Tension Rings
Various Osbon Tension Rings in different sizes and tension levels are available for the Osbon ErecAid™ Esteem Vacuum Therapy System. They are designed to maintain the erection achieved after vacuum generation and allow individual adjustment to the user’s personal needs. All ring variants are also available separately and can be ordered or reordered individually if required.
The patented Osbon Tension Rings have been specifically designed for safe, comfortable and effective use. The characteristic raised ridges on the upper side of the ring help compress the veins responsible for maintaining an erection. At the same time, the U-shaped opening on the underside of the ring allows ejaculation.
To determine the appropriate ring size, it is recommended to start with the larger ring diameter (22 mm) and, if necessary, gradually switch to the smaller ring diameter (19 mm).

The Large Standard Tension Ring is suitable for users who prefer a standard tension level with a 22 mm ring diameter.

Maximum Elasticity Rings
For users who require only a low tension level, Maximum Elasticity Rings are available. They provide the lowest tension level of all classic Osbon Tension Rings and are particularly suitable for men who require only minimal compression to maintain an erection.
Users who use the Osbon ErecAid™ System in combination with an oral medication, as well as users with a larger penile circumference, frequently find this ring both comfortable and effective.

Osbon EZ Rings
In addition to the classic Osbon Tension Rings, Osbon EZ Rings are also available for the Osbon ErecAid™ Esteem Vacuum Therapy System. They are available in four sizes and allow individual adjustment to the user’s personal needs.
The patented Osbon EZ Ring is attached directly to the end of the cylinder. This prevents scrotal tissue from being drawn into the cylinder. Many patients find this design particularly comfortable, as it provides a reliable seal between the body and the cylinder while helping to maintain the erection. Once the erection has been achieved, the ring is released from the end of the cylinder and remains at the base of the penis. This minimizes ring transfer. As a result, many men find the Osbon EZ Ring particularly easy to apply and remove.
To determine the appropriate ring size, it is recommended to start with the largest ring diameter and, if necessary, gradually progress to smaller sizes.
All ring variants are also available individually and can be ordered or reordered separately if required.

The Osbon EZ Ring Size 7 has the largest ring diameter and is the recommended starting point when determining the optimal ring size.
